With an ever-growing tech industry, yet a limited talent pool of the top candidates, Resst was founded to help SaaS and aligned tech companies to consistently scale their teams with confidence that the people they bring into the team are the very best.

We've built entire foundational commercial teams, added winning candidates to established units and at the same time done so with a refreshingly honest and consultative approach for the candidates we have supported.
